One is all that’s left for The Big Bang Theory. One hour, one day in which CBS will air new episodes, and one more time to hear the theme song sung by The Barenaked Ladies. After the hourlong series finale airs on Thursday, May 16, there will be no more bazinga, Howard will no longer wear any new belt buckles, but yes, that will always be Sheldon’s spot.
Over the course of The Big Bang Theory, we’ve seen first kisses, the first time people slept together, engagements, weddings, accomplishments, and a bevy of laughter. All those moments are memorable in The Big Bang Theory history, but to reach those important occasions, there were some unsung moments.
Here are three unsung episodes which improved a friendship, showed characters’ growth, and finally showcased the true love of the cast members. Because season premieres and season finales are significant to a series, I chose not to highlight those episodes. The list of entertaining The Big Bang Theory episodes is quite lengthy. Full disclosure though, these three episodes are also three of my favorites. After all, it wouldn’t have reached 12 seasons without plenty of hilarity.
