We knew that this episode was coming. Before the season premiered, we saw images of Liv and Ravi salsa dancing, and you’re not telling me you couldn’t wait for it!
It didn’t take long to get into the reason for the two going undercover. Two dangers were poisoned with cyanide and the two had to go undercover in a dance competition to find out who would kill them. The prize of the competition was two tickets out of Seattle, so you know there were plenty looking to kill.

Watching Ravi learn to salsa is perfect — and Clive has some moves — but Ravi is left on the dancefloor in the competition when Liv gets a vision. She manages to figure out who killed the couple and the murder mystery is over. To be honest, this really was just the lighter storyline for the episode as iZombie pushed the next two storylines forward.
The pregnancy triangle mess
While at a birthing class (bless Clive for taking all those notes), Michelle shows up. Also pregnant, Clive immediately looks at her in a panic. When he learns that she’s as far along as Dale is (roughly), Clive starts to wonder whether the baby is his.
Michelle is honest and admits she doesn’t know. It’s certainly going to be complicated moving forward (and with any hope the baby isn’t Clive’s) but Dale tries to make the best of the situation.
Problems in the schools
When a school carries out a “lice check,” it’s clear that this is to find zombies. It’s not only the adults in Seattle who are out to kill zombies, but the school children are bullying them. The teachers are segregating the zombies from the humans, which is illegal in Seattle.
While Peyton calls the school out, one of the zombies — Jordan’s youngest brother — rages out and attacks the children. Peyton and Major decide to turn to Liv for advice (who is carrying out a memorial for the guy who helped smuggle the three in the last episode) and Liv decides to take Jordan’s orphaned brothers in.
