Will Supernatural attend San Diego Comic-Con 2019?

It’s almost the summer and that means it’s time for San Diego Comic-Con 2019. Will Supernatural be there for its last hurrah?

Supernatural has attended San Diego Comic-Con for many years. With Season 15 being the last, there are many hoping to see the cast and EPs at this summer’s event. Will Supernatural be at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 for a last hurrah?

You can bet your bottom dollar it will! Right now there are very few details about the convention. All we know is that the whole weekend takes place from July 17 to 21 and the cast and EPs will have a panel at some point during that time.

The panel will include some teases of things to come for the final season, while also discussing some of the storylines from the 14th season. We know that Richard Speight Jr. and Rob Benedict usually host the panel, so that will definitely get interesting this season considering the promised Big Bad of the final season.

Of course, there’s likely going to be some sort of throwback to the years of the series. This is slated to be the final SDCC appearance (unless the show gets a final hurrah a little like Game of Thrones) so there needs to be something major to commemorate the show.

There will also likely be the press rooms. This is when the press gets to ask questions to individual actors and EPs, getting a few more details about the final season. It’s also when there are some spoilery tidbits for those who like to go into a season with no information at all.

But wait, there’s more! Shoshanna Stern, best known in the fandom as Eileen, shared on Twitter that she and Rachel Miner (yes, Meg 2.0) will hold a panel during SDCC 2019. Again, there are no details at this time, but it’s exciting to know that it’s going to happen. It’s not clear what the two will be discussing just yet.

We will certainly bring you more details about both the SPN panel and the Stern/Miner panel as we get all the details. For now, we just know that they’re going to take place.
