Ranking all 11 couples from All American Season 1
By Mads Lennon
Across the 16 episodes of All American’s first season, there were plenty of broken hearts and some mended ones too. Here’s our ranking of each couple.
After months of waiting, All American fans were relieved to find out that The CW had decided to renew the series for a second season! It was a smart move for the network because the show has been steadfast in gaining popularity since it debuted on Netflix his past March.
As a celebration of my love for the series and excitement about the impending sophomore season, I’ll be doing features about All American all summer long!

I decided to start with a look back at the many couples borne (and buried) during the first season. Here is my official ranking of all eleven couples we saw on-screen (or heavily discussed) in the premiere season of All American.
11. Cory and Grace
Grace and Cory were never together romantically on All American, but they do have a past. Cory is Spencer’s father. But he also walked out on Spencer at a young age because of an affair Grace had with Billy Baker.
Regardless of Grace’s mistakes, there is no excuse for walking out on your kids for the entirety of their lives. I think season two will explore and explain more of the tenuous past between these characters and how it has impacted their lives, but for now, I think these two are better off apart.
