Watch the second season of Good Trouble tonight on Freeform

The Season 1 finale of Good Trouble ended in an anticlimactic way. That’s okay though, as the writers can make up for it on the second season, which premieres tonight on Freeform.
Hallelujah! The hiatus is now over and the second season of Good Trouble premieres tonight on Freeform. We get to see Mariana and Raj in a relationship now, which is exciting. From watching the trailer for the second season, it appears that Davia and Dennis now apparently become a thing. Callie also may have chosen Gael instead of Jamie.
The first season of Good Trouble was okay. I wasn’t crazy about it. It didn’t feel like the family show that The Fosters was. The creators stated that this going to be an adult show, so basically lots of kissing, sexiness, and all that jazz. Regardless of my complaining, I’m still going to watch the second season.

We see in a few promos that Freeform released that Mariana is still fighting for equality at her work. Jamie is telling Callie not to jeopardize the Jamal case by doing what she thinks is right as there are consequences. It’s going to be interesting to see what she does here.
I don’t know about you guys, but I love Mariana’s storylines more than Callie’s. If you’ve been watching Good Trouble, you see it’s all about sex and love triangles with Callie, Jamie, and Gael. I think I can speak on behalf of most when I say we’re over it.
Mariana’s storylines are about bringing in equality for work. I enjoy watching those kinds of storylines rather than constantly making out.

I’m hoping the writers are reading the fans feedback and can make compelling storylines. Let’s see how the story arcs develop because I’m still interested and I have faith in the writers. Also, let’s bring back Stef and Lena for more guest appearances, or if possible, make them series regulars. They are amazing parents.
