Are you ready to join the 99th Precinct? Want to portal to the Interdimensional Hole of Pancakes? Here’s everything you need to know about NBC’s activations and panels at SDCC!

Holy forking shirt! NBC is coming back to SDCC in a big way with activations and panels for three comedy series: Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Good Place and Superstore. Back in their annual spot outside of the Tin Fish restaurant across the street from the Convention Center, NBC will stage the “Brooklyn Nine-Nine Experience,” where fans can test their knowledge and skills for the “for a chance to join the infamous 99th precinct.”

But this isn’t a normal training course… NBC promises that fans will complete “a series of hilarious and unforgettable tasks in order to make the squad”, all from inside a pop-up activation that puts fans right in familiar sets from the series. In addition to the training course, fans will also see exclusive content from Brooklyn Nine-Nine, can participate in giveaways, and will have opportunities to take memorable photos and videos of the activation.

More from NBC

SDCC attendees will not be welcomed back into The Good Place Neighborhood this year, but it’s because they’re being taken somewhere better — into the Interdimensional Hole of Pancakes (aka the IHOP).  Maryjane’s Diner inside the Hard Rock Hotel will transform into the IHOP, “inviting guests into the memorable diner that exists between realms.”

Along with a meal (we hope there are pancakes), fans can experience a “mind-blowing Time-Knife and feel what it’s like for Michael to be truly powerless.” Don’t worry, you won’t explode when you eat something at this IHOP — but maybe keep your eyes peeled for niednagels just in case.

If you’ve ever wanted to venture into Cloud 9 from Superstore, you’re in luck. The store will be creating a special pop-up inside the Hard Rock hotel’s main lobby. NBC revealed the pop-up will offer fans “exclusive content and a custom photo opportunity” as well as have a “customer service” desk, where attendees can go for giveaways.
