GRAND HOTEL – “You’ve Got Blackmail”- (ABC/Richard Cartwright) BRYAN CRAIG, ANNE WINTERS, DEMIAN BICHIR /

A scintillating new episode of Grand Hotel reveals Sky’s secret relationship and Mateo’s blackmailer. Catch up on all the shockers right here!

Grand Hotel isn’t wasting time stretching out the mysteries for too long as this episode answered two significant questions. We find out who sent Sky that secret love letter Danny found. Plus, who is behind blackmailing Mateo for $200k?

Beyond the deadly secrets and extortion, a couple of romances hit roadblocks when Santiago initiates a new rule about fraternization between hotel employees. We’re rounding up all the biggest moments from “You’ve Got Blackmail.”

5. The Parkers decide to sue the hotel.

In the wake of Malcolm’s tragic cancer diagnosis, the Parker family is struggling to come up with the funds necessary to pay for his treatment. Ideally, they would drum up $200k, or more, to take him to Belgium. There, he could undergo an experiment with a new treatment.

But Malcolm doesn’t want to leave his family. He would rather stay at home and fight, who can blame him? Jason points out they should sue the hotel. For all they know, working at the Riveria Grand for all these years could have caused his sickness. It wouldn’t be easy to prove in court, and Helen doesn’t want to do it to Santiago.

Jason calls her out for putting the hotel above their family. Okay, but does Jason realize how messy lawsuits could get? If things don’t go their way, they could be in the hole more than they already are. But her son’s words get to her, and Helen agrees to try to sue the Mendoza family. Oh boy.

4. Danny figures out who the blackmailer is.

Drumroll please, the blackmailer is… Nelson? As reveals go, it’s not the juiciest one in the episode, but it does make sense. Nelson has been called a weasel and a snake throughout the series. He knows what happened to Sky.

Danny and Mateo, who are now somewhat working together, track him down but before they can catch up to him he gets hit by a bus! Now Danny won’t be able to figure out what it was he knew about Sky’s disappearance.
