Martin’s new world order plan is finally fully revealed. Will he get the chance to see it out in iZombie Season 5, Episode 11?

We’ve known Martin has had a big new world order plan on the go in iZombie’s final season. In Season 5, Episode 11, we finally got some answers. The question would be whether he’d actually go through with it.

While the trailer focused on the case of the week, the drag queen’s murder was just a side story; something for some comedic relief as many of the murder investigations have been this season. The main story was in the mother who needed a bone marrow transplant and her twin daughters being smuggled out.

We’ve known there’s been something going on within Renegade’s smuggling hideout for a while. Now all the answers were revealed. That mother and twins weren’t actually ill. In fact, they were all zombie assassins, sent to kill women in a Nevada brothel as part of Martin’s new world order.

As you would expect, Martin wanted to create zombies outside. This isn’t the first time he’s done it. The first time, though, was with the senator and other members of the Secretary of Defense. Now, he wants to infect an electronics convention. The people infected and then infect more and zombies are outside. Whatever happens in New Seattle isn’t going to destroy all zombie life.

Unfortunately, it looks like Martin isn’t going to get a chance to see the plan through. When Liv finds out the full truth of the organization, she gets onto a video chat with her dad, pleading with him not to go through with it. And it looks like he’s going to listen to her.

That’s great, except that Enzo turns up. He’s a radical and he wants this new world order to happen. So, when Enzo learns that Martin may be having second thoughts, he decides to shoot Martin in the head. Is that it? I guess, we’ll have to wait for the penultimate episode of the series next week, but it certainly looks like it.

While kids with the zombie-cure disease have been going missing, Major and Ravi manage to find them. Now they’re at the Renegade hideout, protected from those trying to kill them. It looks like there are no more brains for sale — except for Darcy’s, who died before she could marry Don-E. Why do I get the feeling that the disease didn’t kill her like Blaine is making it out to have done?

The other piece of good news is that Ravi has the formula for the zombie virus. There’s the chance he can develop a cure without the need for the brains of the teens. With two episodes left, there was hope that would happen. However, will he be able to create the cure in time for the series finale in two episodes time?
