Shoshannah Stern’s This Close Season 2 premieres in September 2019
If you haven’t watched This Close yet, you’ve still got time to catch up on Season 1. Shoshannah Stern’s series sees Season 2 premiere in September.
We know that Shoshannah Stern is returning to Supernatural for the final season, but first she has another show coming out. This Close Season 2 will premiere in September and there’s time to catch up on the first season if you need to.
Not only does Stern star in the series, but her and co-star Joshua Feldman created the series. The dramedy is based on a series of short films, and gives us the friendship between Kate and Michael. It starts with Kate (Stern) adjusting to life as newly engaged and Michael (Feldman) trying to move on from his ex-fiance.

Both Stern and Feldman are best friends in real life. They’re also both deaf actors, working on raising awareness for the deaf. If you follow Stern on Twitter, you’ll notice numerous times she requests that captions are added to videos to make it easier for the deaf to experience them.
There are only six episodes to stream in the first season, and I’m not going to mention how they end for those who want to catch up before This Close Season 2 premieres. You can watch on Sundance Now.
This Close Season 2 premieres on Sept. 12 with two episodes. The premiere is titled “Look Both Ways.” There’s already a trailer out, giving you a look at the half-hour dramedy that everyone needs to start watching right away.
