6 fall TV premiere dates you don’t want to forget

Fall TV has already begun to dish out new and returning shows! But there are many more to come! Here are six you don’t want to forget about.

Can you feel the seasons changing? While it may still be scorching hot outside in most places, what we’re talking about here is fall television! Earlier this month, FX rolled out the second season for Mayans M.C., the highly anticipated biker drama. And for those who enjoy reality television, MTV has you covered with the release of Ghosted: Love Gone Missing. Everyone else, sit tight!

Here are six shows you need to be on the lookout for as their premiere date approaches: 

Series: Room 104
Network: HBO
Premiere date: Sept. 13

If you ask us, HBO’s Room 104 is a severely underrated drama. It’s a hidden gem waiting to be discovered as it watched bigger series such as Westworld and Big Little Lies triumph and take all the attention. If you are in between shows at the moment or are simply searching for something new to watch, give Room 104 a chance.

The anthology series has aired two seasons so far, with the third premiering on Sept. 13, that will consist of 12 episodes. Everything about the series is unique, the premise is set in a single hotel room, observing and analyzing its passing characters. Room 104 is perfect for any and all genres as each episode focuses on everything from horror to comedy.

Want something new, instead? Perhaps a little out there? Something that doesn’t take itself too seriously? How about Amazon Prime Video’s Undone? It is an adult animation comedy-drama set to star the voices of Rosa Salazar, Bob Odenkirk, Constance Marie, and others. Undone will explore how far one can stretch reality through its main character, Alma (Salazar).

Series: Prodigal Son
Network: Fox
Premiere date: Sept. 23

Here’s another series not to miss out on if you enjoy a good crime drama, Prodigal Son. Scheduled to premiere on Sept. 23 only on Fox, Prodigal Son stars Tom Payne (The Walking Dead), Michael Sheen, Bellamy Young, and others, in a series that centers on a young man whose father is an infamous serial killer. I’m intrigued already!

Series: The Walking Dead
Network: AMC
Premiere date: Oct. 6

AMC’s hit series The Walking Dead premieres its 10th season on Oct. 6! I know what you’re thinking 10 seasons is way too many after so many plot changes, character deaths, and, not to mention, the massive drop in ratings. However, the Walking Dead fanbase is so large, there are still many fans watching and keeping TWD as TV’s most-watched series.

There are also more reasons to watch! This season is looking very promising. And this is coming from someone who gave up on the series after season 8. For starters, a new plot has been set in place with a new set of characters. It’s keeping fans on their toes and hey, Carol and Daryl are still around! Will you be watching?

Premiere date: Oct. 23

Hulu’s anthology series is almost back! The first season completely blew us away and had us connecting all of the pieces of the puzzle for hours. But Season 2 is now promising to keep the mind-blowing moments going with more thrilling episodes. Season 2 is set to star Lizzy Caplan, Tim Robbins, Paul Sparks, Elsie Fisher, and others.
