5. Delphine Lalaurie
Delphine Lalaurie wasn’t only a terrifying racist and serial killer, she was also a real person that existed. Lalaurie got a kick out of torturing slaves. In AHS: Coven, she was punished in the1800s by Marie Laveau with immortality shortly before being buried. When Lalaurie is released from her dirt-filled grave in the present day, she returns to hating African-Americans and wanting to kill.
Even though she tried to kick the habit of torturing people, she soon gets back to snipping off toes and relishing the screams of her victim. In short, Delphine’s lack of empathy is what makes her such a gruesome villain.
4. Dandy Mott
Born to a wealthy family and spoiled rotten, Dandy Mott is a serial killer in AHS: Freak Show. After discovering that a neighborhood clown, has been murdering victims, Mott is more than happy to help with recruitment. It isn’t long before he’s killing people all on his own.
He even aspired to buy conjoined twins for what we have to assume was torture because he never gets to carry out his plan. At any rate, a man who is willing to bathe in the blood of his victims should be on the list of disturbing villains.
3. James Patrick March
James Patrick march designed the Hotel Cortez in AHS: Hotel. The character is actually based on the real-life serial killer H.H. Holmes who is considered the first American serial killer. Like Holmes, March designed a hotel that would allow him to kill people without anyone knowing about it.
The hotel has secret rooms, dead-end hallways, sound-proof suites, and chutes for the disposal of bloody sheets and bodies. In AHS: Hotel, March’s death certificate hasn’t stopped him from his favorite sport, hunting people. As the creme of the crop of evil, he even manages to host a dinner with the most renowned killers in American history.
