Shocking doesn’t even begin to cover the latest episode of American Horror Story: 1984! One of the many questions we have, is — have we truly seen the last of Spoiler?

Needless to say, there are massive spoilers ahead if you are not caught up on American Horror Story: 1984 or missed the latest episode, “Red Dawn.” This is your finale spoiler warning. Check here for a detailed recap of the five most shocking events from AHS: 1984 episode 5, “Red Dawn,” or read on if everything is still fresh on your mind.

I’m always the first to admit when I’m wrong. Well, most of the time. And in the case of Brooke (Emma Roberts), I couldn’t have been more wrong. Going into AHS: 1984, I trusted no one! This included innocent Brooke. No way does she have nothing to hide, I thought. Everyone has a dark side and secret motives, I kept telling myself. Well, it turns out Brooke truly was an innocent soul all along.

Unfortunately, for Brooke, the murders have all been pinned on her by Margaret (Leslie Grossman), the only Camp Redwood survivor (again). But, on the bright side, at least Brooke didn’t die at the camp, or her spirit would have been trapped there along with all the others, right? Or would that have been better than life in prison? Tough one.

This leads us to our next question — have we truly seen the last of Brooke?

Leave it to Ryan Murphy to be full of surprises. Not only is American Horror Story: 1984 one of the most shocking seasons, but with the 100th AHS episode coming Oct. 23, we’re not sure what to expect!

I doubt Brooke will get out of this one. There’s no one to defend her or back up her innocence. The only way I see her returning is if she breaks out of prison and heads back to camp with revenge. But what could she even do? Everyone is dead. You can’t kill spirits, can you?

I’m also curious about Brooke and Ray (DeRon Horton). The two had sex, but Ray is a ghost. A headless ghost, at that. I’m feeling AHS: Murder House vibes here if she ends up getting pregnant.
