Let’s begin with the synopsis! Arrow Season 8, Episode 2 “Welcome to Hong Kong”: Watching the season premiere took us back to the old days! We loved watching some of our favorite characters together again and are excited to keep the action going tonight. In “Welcome to Hong Kong,” we’ll see Oliver, John, Laurel, and Tatsu go after someone within The Monitor’s plan. Meanwhile, Conor will have a bonding experience with his brother.
