Joe Dirt (2001)
In this comedy, David Spade stars as Joe Dirt, a radio station janitor with an odd persona and an even wackier appearance. After heading into the studio to talk to DJ Zander Kelly (Dennis Miller), Dirt recalls the events of his life on air, which includes being separated from his parents during a trip to the Grand Canyon as a child, and trying to find them to rekindle their relationship.
While Dirt bounced from place to place in search of a home, he met close friend Brandy (Brittany Daniel) along the way. As the character pours his heart out on the air, he becomes quite popular among the public for his unique story. Dirt further details the hilarious folks and events he encountered during his life, along with how he learned family is a loosely defined term.
Watch as Joe dishes all the dirt on his life in this hilarious film! This movie co-stars Christopher Walken, Kid Rock, Jaime Pressly, and Adam Beach.
There is a sequel called Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser, which released in 2015. It revolves around Joe heading out on a voyage to get back to present-day after he magically finds himself back in the past.
