Supernatural Season 15 certainly picked up the pace with Episode 5. It also led to the creation of a theory. Will it be greatest villains vs. allies?

Caution: There are spoilers for Supernatural Season 15, Episode 5 if you haven’t watched it yet.

There are certainly plenty of theories for how Supernatural Season 15 will end. We’ve wondered whether it will be brother against brother or whether God will just destroy the whole world. Episode 5, titled “Proverbs 17:3,” has brought a new theory. Will it be the greatest villains vs. the greatest allies?

The episode brought back someone we haven’t seen in 10 years. Lilith.

It was a great reveal. And I love that the show kept this one quiet. After all, it made the reveal all that more exciting. Whether you loved or hated Lilith (I found the children actors who played her in Season 3 fascinating), you have to appreciate this idea that some of the “greatest hits,” as Dean put it, are being brought back.

This isn’t the first time the greatest villains have returned. The premiere started with the Woman in White and Blood Mary being brought back, but they’re back in Hell now. God has to change his plan to bring the complete end of the world.

But the Winchesters aren’t going to take this lying down. They’re going to keep fighting. Now they just need a plan. With God bringing back some of the greatest villains, will the Winchester brothers find a way to bring back their greatest allies? There are a lot to choose from, but this could be hinted at with the possible arrival of Eileen in Episode 6’s promo.

After Lilith, God could bring back Michael, Abaddon, Dick Roman, and even Azazel. They all hold special memories for big fights the Winchesters have been through.

To counter, we could get Ellen and Jo, Ash, our own Bobby, Rufus, and even our own Charlie back. This could allow Kevin to return and maybe even finally get to head up to Heaven where he belongs. And, of course, Castiel would need to be back with them all.

Hey, maybe Amara could even be the deciding factor. She has to choose between the side of good or the side of evil. Will she pick her brother or will she pick Dean, who helped release her?

And then where do Jack and Billie fit into all this? Will they help to wake up the likes of Balthazar, Gabriel, and even Lucifer? What a team!

The war is on. The Winchesters have no idea how they can make sure this ends, but I theorized from the very beginning that we could see them turning to old, dead friends in an attempt to win the war against God. It looks like that’s just what could happen.
