By Sandy C.
Will Ferrell’s Elf is a staple every holiday season, here’s where you can watch it!
Putting together a list of your favorite movies to watch this holiday season? Same! At the top of our list is always Elf, starring Will Ferrell. No other movie brings on the laughs and Christmas spirit quite like this gem. Not to mention, this one is perfect for the whole family as both kids and adults alike can enjoy it. But where can you stream it?
Christmas movies are always playing on the background while we prepare Thanksgiving dinner, while we’re enjoying Thanksgiving with family, and even over the holidays. My favorite tradition is putting up the decorations while playing a few movies, I love gift wrapping as I watch holiday movies, as well! What’s your to-go tradition?
If you’re wondering where you can stream Elf for the holidays, you’ve come to the right place! Unfortunately, Elf wasn’t an easy find! Unlike The Grinch, which you can watch on Netflix — both the recent animated version with Benedict Cumberbatch and Jim Carrey’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas — Elf is not on Netflix.

So where can you find it? Well, unless you own it, you’ll have to pay for it over at Amazon. All hope isn’t lost, though! Since the movie premiered in theaters in 2003, you can find it playing on network TV.
With the holiday season in full swing, many networks will be playing the movie as part as their holiday movie lineup. Will you be keeping an eye out on it or are you already the proud owner of the Blu-ray? What will you be watching over the holidays?
