The Grey’s Anatomy Season 16 fall finale has left us with lives in danger once more. Here are the biggest questions for when the show returns.
Grey’s Anatomy is on another winter break. The fall finale aired last week, and we were left with storylines open for the taking. Anything can happen in the next few weeks. And we certainly have plenty of questions.

Various storylines have been left open, with Amelia possibly having Owen’s baby, Maggie losing her confidence, and a new doctor in town. It’s time to break down the events and find the five biggest questions.
Naturally, we all want to know about the bar collapse. That’s an obvious question that I’ll leave out for now. After all, there are so many others that affect the doctors we love!
5. What will Jo do next?
Link turned up at Jo and Alex’s at the end of the Grey’s Anatomy fall finale to find out that Jo had brought the baby she’d been looking after all episode home. This is certainly not Safe Haven protocol, which suggests some major trouble for Jo in the future.
Jo should have waited for the social worker. Why did she decide to leave the hospital and head home instead? What could have possessed her to think that this was the right idea?
Alex isn’t there right now to talk to her about it, which is why she called Link. I’m glad that he’s there because he does have a level head on his shoulders. There’s a chance that he can help set things right before it becomes a legal or criminal mess that everyone needs to sort out.
This could lead to a discussion for Jo and Alex, though. Is it time for the two to have a child and will they adopt or have one of their own?
