Let It Snow
When a snowstorm traps the residents of a small town in Illinois, love finds a way to be present.
What’s it about: Let It Snow is an ensemble romantic comedy that takes place on Christmas Eve in Laurel, Illinois. Julie Reyes (Isabela Moner) meets pop star Stuart Bale (Shameik Moore) on the train. Julie wants to leave the town but feels obligated to stay behind and look after her sick mother. Stuart loves his music, but has no friends to share it with on the road. Crosstown, Dorrie (Liv Hewson) has a crush on Kerry (Anna Akana), but she’s distracted when she gets into a fight with her best friend, Addie (Odeya Rush), who’s afraid her boyfriend will break up with her.
Also, Tobin (Mitchell Hope) attempts to tell his best friend, Angie aka The Duke (Kiernan Shipka) that he loves her but struggles to find the perfect moment. Plus, Keon (Jacob Batalon) just wants to throw the perfect party to impress a DJ. It all culminates with the party of the year at Waffle Town. Will all of these kids find love?
Why you should stream Let It Snow: Let It Snow is like the younger version of one of the most famous romantic Christmas movies, Love Actually. The multiple storylines make the audience question if everyone gets a happy ending so it’s a guessing game until the very end.
