Dinner for Schmucks

You should do anything for success, right? Well, for Tim (Paul Rudd), life’s looking pretty good as he’s on the verge of moving up the ladder in his financial firm after scoring a deal with a major client.

Tim’s next test to finally reach the promised land is attending a dinner hosted by his boss Lance (Bruce Greenwood), a rather strange dinner event. Each attendee must bring an odd, quirky guest (AKA a weirdo) with an equally offbeat hobby and the attendee with the most peculiar guest wins all the bragging rights.

After Tim comes across whacky Barry Speck (Steve Carrell), he views this as the optimal chance to make him his guest. However, Barry’s careless tendencies end up being more of an issue for Tim before the party, and in turns affects his romantic life!

This film’s supporting cast includes Zach Galifianakis, Jeff Dunham, and Andrea Savage.

The Bounty Hunter

New York bounty hunter Milo Boyd (Gerard Butler) is getting by in life. His job is alright, filled with tons of action, and he’s a single guy. When he learns of the opportunity to catch his ex-wife Nicole Hurley (Jennifer Aniston) and throw her into jail on charges of assault, Boyd bounces on the case and aims to find his ex-lover.

In turn, Nicole makes life hard for Milo when he finds her and tries to bring her back to his department. She is constantly trying to escape and make his life difficult. In the midst of the ex-couple’s tug of war for power, they are caught up in a bigger dilemma when two different people come after them, a crooked cop who wants to kill Nicole and a bookie’s henchmen who are after a debt-filled Milo.

Now instead of bickering, Milo and Nicole must avert this crisis and deal with a looming problem and their strained relationship once again.
