It’s the moment we’ve been dreading: the SEAL Team fall finale. It means a break is coming, but let’s get ready for tonight’s all-new episode first.

SEAL Team Season 3 airs tonight, and it’s the episode we’ve been dreading. This is the SEAL Team fall finale, which means a break is coming. And this is going to be longer than most other shows. Before we get into all the bad news, let’s look at what to expect in “Unbecoming an Officer” and how to watch it live.

There are a lot of storylines happening within this episode. The first is Jason’s return to Bravo Team. After learning that his surgery was a success, he went back to the SEAL that he is. He closed off from his therapist, which led to a few home truths thrown his way. Jason is fine being Bravo 1 but he finds it impossible to be Jason Hayes. This is something the show has always hinted at, and it’s time for him to consider facing the man he is and not just the SEAL.

Meanwhile, there’s a major mission that looks like we’ll lose one of our own. Sonny is left unconscious at the end of the promo for “Unbecoming an Officer,” and he doesn’t look to be alone. The last time we had a huge break, we had an episode that caused us to fear that Sonny would die. Remember how it felt watching him in the submarine missile tube that filled with water? Please don’t give us another shock to the system like that!

Back home, Davis will face disciplinary action. If the images for the episode are anything to judge, it’s not just going to be Davis explaining herself. The entire Bravo Team is heading to hopefully help ensure she keeps her commission. After all, if she loses her commission, she’ll be out completely.

Get ready for a long break coming after this episode, so a cliffhanger is certainly possible. SEAL Team won’t return in January. Instead, Criminal Minds is taking the hour to run it’s 10-episode final season and SEAL Team will return in March.
