You Season 2

Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) is back, which isn’t a good sign for whoever he falls in love with next in the second season of You.

What the show is about: If psychological thrillers are your vice, then You will leave you satisfied. You centers around Joe Goldberg, a bookstore manager in New York with a serious dark side. In the first season, Joe meets Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail), an aspiring writer and NYU graduate. Joe instantly becomes infatuated with Guinevere to an uncomfortable level. Joe then turns to social media, technology, and violence to remove every obstacle in his path in order to be with Guinevere.

You first premiered on Lifetime in September 2018. Although the audience on Lifetime was limited, it became a gigantic sensation on Netflix, with over 40 million viewers streaming the first season. In December 2018, Netflix announced that You would move to its streaming service and become an original title. In Season 2, Joe sets his sights on an aspiring chef, Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti), after a trip to Los Angeles.

Why you should stream it: You is the perfect mixture of deadly love, obsession, and true crime. The first season is available to stream. You Season 2 will be released on Dec. 26.
