With the start of 2020 comes the promise of new animated shows. In particular, these six shows are ones that you don’t want to miss.

The 2010s was a great decade for animated shows. In particular, cable networks really jumped on the bandwagon and gave us some incredible content. However, cable wasn’t the only one getting in on the fun as streaming services did, too. There were a ton of incredible animated shows that came out during the last decade and essentially brought in an entirely new era for animated TV shows.

Heading into 2020, there are a lot of animated shows coming out as well. The new year always gets people excited about the future. With a new decade starting, things are even more exciting. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves though as we’re just going to be talking about shows that are premiering in 2020.

2020 has the potential to be another big year for animation. Last year, we saw a lot of incredible animated movies being released. This year, it’s more of the same but there are also a lot of animated shows coming out. There are some original shows, some reboots and even some continuations of our favorite series. While I’m only going to be talking about six, there are a lot more out there so I’ll include some honorable mentions at the end.

With everything out of the way, let’s get into the six animated shows you don’t want to miss in 2020!
