The weekend is here, do you know what you’ll be binge-watching? Here are the best new shows and episodes premiering on Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV Plus, and other streaming services.
It’s almost that time of the week — you will soon be clocking out and starting your weekend once you get home and get comfy! If that isn’t the case and you work this weekend, sorry about that. Feel free to leave this article to avoid getting FOMO. Otherwise, here’s what’s streaming this weekend.
Which streaming service is your favorite? Whether you have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or another online titan, chances are you have one or two favorites that are your go-to for binge-watching. Streaming has become the preferred way of watching TV. It’s just so convenient to scroll through your options and watch away for hours on end. Who are we kidding? It can be days on end!
Streaming services also provide a lot of variety with their programs. While Netflix drops complete seasons in one day (for most of their shows), others prefer to release new episodes weekly. I’m a fan of both! I love to dive into a new show all at once, but also enjoy savoring the drama each week. This also all depends on the series.

Here are a few of the most popular shows to watch this weekend, Jan. 17:
Netflix: Earlier this week, Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez and Grace and Frankie Season 6 dropped on Netflix and have been very popular with subscribers. Jan. 17 also sees the release of A Fall From Grace, Sex Education Season 2, and Ares. There’s definitely a lot to select from here.

Disney Plus: Diary of a Future President premiered Jan. 17 and will be dishing out new episodes each Friday. The comedy follows Elena, a 12-year-old Cuban-American girl dealing with the ups and downs of middle school. Elena has big goals and hopes to be the president of the United States one day.
Hulu: How about watching an old movie that still holds up? The Skeleton Twins is now streaming!
Apple TV Plus: The Season 1 finale for Servant is now live! If you haven’t seen this series, it is now available to binge-watch. The episodes are all under 40 minutes and the season consists of 10 episodes, so get to it! You can even watch it all with a free trial. The Morning Show is also highly recommended and all episodes are now available.
