In November 2019, the highly anticipated sequel to Frozen was released. Have you been waiting for the home video options or did you see it in theatre and cannot wait to rewatch it again? The Digital and DVD release dates for Frozen II have been officially confirmed.
You’ll be able to own Frozen II from Feb. 25, 2020, on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K. Luckily there will be bonus features included with the copy, allowing you to explore the Frozen world even more!
More from Disney Plus
- What you need to know before watching the Disney+ Doctor Who specials
- 10 Thanksgiving movies on Disney+ for your holiday watch list
- The Naughty Nine and more to stream on Disney+ this week (Nov. 20)
- Wish won’t be on Disney+ in time for Christmas or New Year’s (release date predictions)
- Whitney Houston did appear on Dancing with the Stars! It was in 2009, 14 years ago
If you want to watch the movie sooner, you can do so by purchasing the digital version, which will be available on Feb. 11, 2020. Just in time for Valentine’s Day if you are looking for a cozy Disney movie to watch with your special person.
Frozen II is going to have a ton of special bonus features for the whole family to enjoy, including a sing-along version allowing everyone to learn the lyrics of all the songs. Or maybe it could give you time to go to the other room and let the children do the singing! If you haven’t watched the movie yet you will see that the music from Frozen II is awesome and will definitely leave you singing all day.
There are also other bonus features including deleted scenes, deleted songs, Easter eggs, outtakes and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Frozen II. You can pre-order now so you don’t miss out.
If you will be purchasing the Digital version you will receive additional exclusives: an interview with songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, both who wrote seven original songs for Frozen II, and a deleted song called “Unmeltable Me”.
This is a must-have DVD for your Disney collection, and will certainly keep the children happy on a cold day! Right now there is not a set date for Frozen II to come to Disney Plus, so at the moment DVD, Blu-ray, and Digital will be the only way to watch the movie.
