A Million Little Things is back. The Season 2 midseason premiere is here, and it’s time to get some answers to our burning questions. Before we likely get that, it looks like we’re going to be thrown a few more curveballs. Here’s what to expect in the episode and how to watch it live.

We pick up about three months from the midseason finale, so we’re not going to get to see the immediate effects of Maggie and Gary breaking up. However, the tension will be felt, as Gary is still dealing with the breakup. And it’s more like grief. After all, it’s the end of something that he thought was good.

Maggie has gone off traveling and finding herself. She needs to figure out who she is post-cancer. Meanwhile, Gary is going off the deep end, making some extremely bad decisions as many people do through grief. One of those things is about to get him arrested.

With all that going on, there are other issues within the friendship group. Sophie isn’t dealing with the knowledge that her mother had an affair with Eddie, and that her sister is actually her half-sister. She’s lashing out, which is understandable, but it’s sure to cause plenty of stress for the rest of the group.

And then there’s Rome and Regina. The two have decided to adopt, but it’s going to be a long and hard process. A Million Little Things Season 2, Episode 10 will see that process just getting started.
