With their major comeback in 2019, it’s no surprise the Jonas Brothers are performing at the 2020 Grammys, but what songs should fans be listening for?

2019 was a huge year for music and no one proved that point better than the Jonas Brothers. The trio came back together after splitting six years ago and took the world by storm. With the popularity of their first single, “Sucker,” they were back to form. Not only did they get their old fans back but they gained an entirely new generation of them. You couldn’t turn on the radio without hearing at least one of their three singles.

With such an impressive 2019, it’s no surprise that the Jo Bros are performing at the 2020 Grammys. As incredible as last year was for them, they’re looking ahead. While it’s unclear what time their performance will be, we know that they’re performing. At this point, it could really be anything as they have a huge backlist, the “Happiness Begins” album and a newly released single.

For the Jonas Brothers, the possibilities are truly endless. However, they did give us a clue on Ellen of what we can expect. When asked about their performance, Nick immediately gave an answer albeit a somewhat vague one: “We don’t want to give anything away, but we’re playing the new song that just came out, and then we’re doing something else which I don’t think anyone’s going to expect.” At least we know that they’ll be performing “What A Man Gotta Do” which is exciting.

As for what else they’ll be performing, there are a few options that they could go with. First, they could go with a medley of their 2019 hits including their newest single along with “Sucker,” “Only Human” and “Cool.” Of all the possibilities, this one seems like the most unlikely but “Sucker” was a smash hit for them.

Another possibility would be that the brothers perform their new single and then play a few of their older songs. With a backlist of over 200 songs, they’ll have to pick and choose.

Another option would be that the Jonas Brothers play an entirely new song. Right now, they’re riding the high of “What A Man Gotta Do.” However, they could play something new for fans to get excited about. In a recent clip, Nick did say that they were planning on playing an “unreleased song” so they’re going to play something new or they could possibly play an older song that was never officially released. Either way, this performance is going to be big.

Regardless of what the Jonas Brothers sing, there is no doubt that their performance is going to be amazing. 2020 looks like it’s going to be another impressive year for the band. In addition to performing, they are also nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. It’s an incredible testament to how hard they’ve worked and how dedicated their fans are. If that wasn’t enough, they also announced that they’re heading to Vegas for a short residence in April. It’s safe to say that the Grammys are just another pit stop for the Jonas Brothers.

The 62nd Annual Grammy Awards are airing on CBS on Sunday, Jan 26th at 8/7c.
