When does God Friended Me Season 2 return (again)?

God Friended Me Season 2 returned in January only to go on hiatus. The question remains when the CBS drama will finally air the remaining episodes of the season.
CBS drama God Friended Me has been a breeze of fresh air on CBS. The drama circling the lives of Miles Finer (Brandon Micheal Hall) and his friends Cara (Violett Beane) and Rakesh (Suraj Sharma) chasing down the owner of a Facebook account called God has been filled with twists and turns.
Season 2 of the show began airing in late September, releasing 10 episodes before taking a holiday break in December. The second half of the season returned on Sunday, Jan. 5, but only two episodes aired before the show disappeared off the primetime grid. Currently awaiting on Season 2, Episode 13, it may a head-scratcher as to why the show hasn’t premiered since Jan. 12.

In reality, events such as the Grammys were instead aired on the usual God Friended Me timeslot of 8/7c on Sundays. Now the question remains when does the CBS drama return so fans can get back to Miles and the crew?
Well, it has almost been a month since the last episode released, but luckily the wait will not be long at this point. The show is scheduled to resume airing at its usual time beginning Sunday, Feb. 16. Let’s just hope there are no more roadblocks in regards to viewing.

Last we saw, the drama was reaching an apex in its plot as Ali Finer (Javicia Leslie) received devastating news about her health, the group just missed out on tracking down a hacker, and Miles tried but failed to squeeze the God Account truth out of Alphonse Jeffries (Carl Lumbly), the man with strong possible motives to run the account. After Jeffries claims to not have any ties to the God account, Miles and his friends may once again be left at another dead end in their case, which remains the biggest plot point (and mystery) in the show.
