Two down, and one more to go for The Biggest Loser. We’re quickly thinning the herd, and figuring out which people want to stay, and which want to quit.

Steve Cook and Erica Lugo continue to push their respective teams towards weight loss and a healthier life on The Biggest Loser. High-intensity training, boxing, carrying wood, and a ton of cardio are already showing real results. There are some, however, who are definitely talking themselves out of it mentally.

On to the ratings.

1. Jim DiBattista

Team: Red
Starting Weight: 385 lbs.
Breakdown: Jim is killing everyone in the weight loss category, but he really drops off in the competition aspect of the show. He also lacks motivation in the football drills portion of the workout. Shocked if he doesn’t continue to dominate.
Weight Loss: This episode, 10 lbs.; Total, 45 lbs.

2. Micah Collum

Team: Blue
Starting Weight: 326 lbs.
Breakdown: Micah has been a self-admitted failure his entire life. He has failed at jobs, relationships, competitions, etc. He’s 23-years old and feels like life is over. Coach Steve tells a somewhat similar story about failing as a college football player. Yeah, totally the same. Nonetheless, Micah buys into it.

And it appears to work in the wood-carrying challenge. He goes World’s Strongest Man against Dom and absolutely smokes him in the first round. Michah carries wood like all men carry groceries from the car, and it’s ridiculous how much he outdoes the rest of the cast.
Weight Loss: This episode, 7 lbs.; Total, 28 lbs.

3. Megan Hoffman

Team: Blue
Starting Weight: 290 lbs.
Breakdown: Megan gets nearly no screen time, which is fine by me after she was in every other shot last episode.
Weight Loss: This episode, 6 lbs.; Total, 28 lbs.

4. Teri Aguliar

Team: Red
Starting Weight: 256 lbs.
Breakdown: She is amazed by a healthy barbecue. They get fruit and vegetables and she’s in awe.
Weight Loss: This episode, 7 lbs.; Total, 24 lbs.

5. Delores Tomorrow

Team: Blue
Starting Weight: 280 lbs.
Breakdown: This week is Delores’s turn to shine in the competition. She nearly power-walks the first load of wood to the finish line of the challenge and truly sets the tone for the rest of the team. During the healthy barbecue takes the “don’t show up to a barbecue on an empty stomach”-strategy like it’s groundbreaking. I’m guessing she shops for groceries with an empty fuel tank as well.
Weight Loss: This episode, 5 lbs.; Total, 22 lbs.

6. Kyle Yeo

Team: Blue
Starting Weight: 302 lbs.
Breakdown: Kyle has a real quiet episode, but talks about sharing his sexuality with Jim.
Weight Loss: This episode, 6 lbs.; Total, 26 lbs.

7. Katarina Bouton

Team: Red
Starting Weight: 293 lbs.
Breakdown: She nearly has a pseudo panic attack because the workout gets difficult. After some shared tears with Coach Erica, however, she moves on to the worst punches since a kangaroo tried to kidnap a dog.
Weight Loss: This episode, 5 lbs.; Total, 28 lbs.

8. Kristi McCart

Team: Red
Starting Weight: 264 lbs.
Breakdown: She is seriously suffering from a knee injury, but is fighting pretty hard. The desire to have another baby, which doesn’t happen unless she loses weight, is weighing heavily on her mind.
Weight Loss: This episode, 4 lbs.; Total, 23 lbs.

9. Kim Davis

Team: Blue
Starting Weight: 242 lbs.
Breakdown: She calls all the other competitors’ kids, and they throw her a surprise birthday party for her 58th. Honestly, making it to 58 is an accomplishment for many people who are morbidly obese. She’s got the right attitude, and she will probably see many more birthdays.
Weight Loss: This episode, 4 lbs.; Total, 19 lbs.

10. Domenico Brugellis

Team: Red
Starting Weight: 323 lbs.
Breakdown: Despite his slicked hair and newly shaved face, he didn’t find enough motivation last week and only lost 7 lbs. He keeps saying the workout is impossible, even though everyone else on the team is doing it.

Soooo, definitely possible. He’s an admitted quitter his entire life, and that mental weakness may be killing him. He’s gone.
Weight Loss: This episode, 4 lbs.; Total, 25 lbs.

11. PhiXavier Holmes

12. Robert Richardson
