Grey’s Anatomy Season 16, Episode 14: Meredith replaces DeLuca?
Meredith will complicate her relationship in Grey’s Anatomy Season 16, Episode 14. Here’s what you can expect and how to watch live.
We’re well into the sixteenth season of Grey’s Anatomy, and the drama isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Episode 13 seemingly killed the budding Grey Sloan vs. Pac-North rivalry when Bailey, Richard, Meredith, Jackson, and Owen confronted Tom Koracick about his and Catherine Fox’s behavior.
So, does this mean we’ll see Richard, Owen, and Maggie back at Grey Sloan in Episode 14? Let’s take a look.
Meredith takes over

It wouldn’t be a true Grey’s relationship if there wasn’t drama involving a patient at Grey Sloan. Such will be the case once more for Meredith and DeLuca as they continue treating their medical marvel, Suzanne. In fact, Episode 14 will be highlighted by Dr. Grey seemingly taking over Suzanne’s case.
This obviously won’t sit well with DeLuca who has treated Suzanne since the start. It should also be noted that this episode is titled, “A Diagnosis.” Could Meredith be the one to find a breakthrough? I can only imagine how that would make DeLuca feel, especially after he let her in on the case.
Bear attack
In the hour preceding Grey’s, the firefighters of Station 19 (and Jackson) will go on a camping trip in an attempt to reconnect. However, their plans are thwarted as a bear attack will send a couple to Grey Sloan. Expect to see Jackson, Owen, and Jo working on the victims.
We also know Captain Maya Bishop will be spotted as a guest star. Was she injured in this attack as well? Or is she simply assisting in the patients’ arrival to Grey Sloan?
Levi’s new roadblock
If there’s one thing the back half of Season 16 has done well, it’s the inclusion of more Schmico! Episode 12 revealed more of Levi’s backstory and family history, while Episode 13 saw the docs back in scrubs after recovering from the car crash at Joe’s Bar. Love may have been in the air recently, but Levi will be faced with a new challenge.
Nico’s parents will be a hot topic in “A Diagnosis” because he doesn’t want Levi to meet them. As expected, this hurts Levi. Who can blame him? Levi’s made huge strides lately when it comes to embracing his true self, and now his boyfriend doesn’t want him meeting the parents? We can only hope a resolution is found.
