In the latest episode of Will & Grace, Grace and James give their relationship a failed third shot, while Karen receives an eye-opening visit from Smitty.

The third time’s the charm? After sleeping with his father and son last season and nearly “burning down” his apartment just a few episodes ago, Grace somehow gets a third shot with her neighbor, James (guest star Matt Letscher). Will & Grace won’t let this doomed couple die, even as Grace accompanies James to his job at the aquarium. Naturally, chaos follows Grace wherever she goes, and she threatens both James’ career and an entire species. Grace gotta be Grace!

Meanwhile, Will continues to experience anxiety about his impending dive right into the deep end of fatherhood. Being a good friend, Jack offers Will his help taking his mind off of things by taking him to… church? It’s an unexpected location for both Will and Jack, but it’s even more unexpected for Karen, who winds up in the confessional booth ready to spill her guts. However, when she encounters her good pal Smitty, she’s forced to view their relationship through brand new eyes.
