After just over a year The Fosters spinoff airing, the Good Trouble Season 2 finale is upon us. The Adams Fosters sisters have grown so much since starting their adventures in LA. After exploring their career opportunities, Callie and Mariana now find themselves in relationships that may be crumbling before their very eyes.
Season 2, Episode 18 is titled “Trap Heals” because the Coterie members will spend their time at Malika’s party event despite everyone’s personal battles. Here’s what you can expect when all the drama comes to a head.

Callie’s moral dilemma
Callie and Jamie’s relationship started off all romantic and steamy, but now these two can’t seem to keep their work lives away from home. As we saw in Episode 17, the couple clashed over the mental health treatment of the homeless man who had a psychotic break in their apartment. To make matters worse, Callie found out that the company Jamie represents is buying out a 3,000-bed mental health facility that she was in favor of.
We have to assume the season finale will answer our biggest question – what happens now? Regarding this storyline, all we know is that Callie will “face a moral dilemma.” If these two can’t get on the same page, or, at the very least, put their political differences aside, their relationship may already be over.
Mariana is blindsided
Blindsided feels like an understatement. If you thought Callie and Jamie were having issues, Mariana and Raj might just be outdoing them this time. “Truths and Dares” saw Evan break the news to Mariana that Raj was the one behind the anti-woman manifesto. Talk about not-good trouble.
It remains to be seen if Mariana is blinded by something new in “Trap Heals,” or if she’ll continue dealing with the fallout of the Raj revelation. What we do know from the promo (featured below) is that Mariana and Evan appear to share an intimate moment, but it may only be a daydream. Are Mariana and Raj over? Does this mean Evan can step up?
Will Dennis confess his love?
Another key part of the Season 2 finale will include Dennis struggling his conflicting feelings for Davia. The promo reveals he will confront Davia, but we aren’t sure where that conversation will go. As much as I would love to see them together, I fear it may not be the right time just yet.
