The Hunt is one of just a few movies in theaters this weekend. If you’re not going out, you’ll want to know where you can stream The Hunt online.

If you love action thrillers, you’ll want to check out The Hunt. If you’re not heading out to the theaters, you’re likely wondering where you’ll be able to stream The Hunt online.

We only work with legal methods here. The production studios need our financial support, especially right now with productions being shut down and releases being delayed. The Hunt will eventually come to streaming this year, but we’re looking at the summer at the earliest.

As a Universal Pictures-distributed and Blumhouse Pictures-created movie, we’re likely going to see the release happen on HBO Now. The movie will also most likely be on HBO Max, since all HBO content is heading there when the streaming service is debuted in May 2020.

Most movies head to HBO six to eight months after the theatrical release date. So, the earliest is mid-September, at the tail end of summer. However, it’s possible that we’ll be waiting until November 2020 for the movie to head to streaming.

You’ll be able to get The Hunt on DVD and Blu-ray before that. If you prefer streaming, then you can look at getting the movie on Digital in about three months’ time.

Sadly, the movie isn’t doing all that well in theaters. Financially, it’s being hit by coronavirus, as fewer people are heading out to theaters and some places are closing or limiting the amount of people who can be in the one place. It’s also performing poorly critically. It holds a 53% score from critics on Rotten Tomatoes but is performing better with audiences, sitting at 71%.
