It’s a bittersweet night for The Magicians. We have an exciting musical episode, but it’s the last one ever. Here’s how to watch live.

The Magicians Season 5, Episode 12 is going to be bittersweet. We want to be excited that it’s the musical episode, but it’s also a sad moment knowing that it’s the last one ever. Here’s how to watch every beat of it live.

This episode isn’t going to be the same without Q. These musical episodes all started because of Shake It Off in the very first season, but they’ve grown exponentially since then.

During this episode, we’ll see some important moments between Eliot and Alice, whose relationship has been excellent to see develop over the season. They both miss Q terribly and they’ve managed to find solace in each other’s arms instead of being angry towards each other.

Then there’s still the situation with The Dark King. The great thing about this episode is seeing Sean Maguire taking part in the episode. He missed out on the Once Upon a Time musical episode because he was no longer part of the show and, yes, many of us were definitely disappointed.

What’s going to be interesting is seeing which songs have been chosen for this season’s musical episode. It looks like everyone is involved again and there are multiple songs to deal with the various situations. Josh says that when they get a feeling, it’ll be like they’re on Glee, which should mean a lot of songs. But will they be original or covers once more?
