Who is going to win The Biggest Loser Season 18?
There are only three competitors remaining on this season of The Biggest Loser. Each has battled their way to the top, but who will win?
Now that Teri Aguilar has struggled as long as she could in a walking boot, the final three of The Biggest Loser is finally established. Each has a great chance of winning, but only one winner will remain when all is said and done. As long as nobody comes to the finale looking all anorexic – you know what I’m talking about – this should be a great finish to an amazing season.
On to the competitors.
Odds of winning
1. Jim DiBattista
Jim absolutely has to be in the driver’s seat for the competition. He hasn’t been great in the competitions on the show, but he has absolutely dominated in the overall weight loss portion of the The Biggest Loser. He has racked up four straight weeks of double-digit losses, and has lost over 100 lbs. overall, which makes it difficult to believe he won’t come to the finale with a serious drop in weight.
The one downside to Jim’s accomplishment is he still possesses some self-doubt. He quits on himself sometimes, and doesn’t always bring 100%. Additionally, leg challenges have been difficult for him; so, cardio while away from the ranch could be difficult.
The last comment I have is from the sneak peek. Coach Erica is extremely happy about something, and Jim is the only Red team member left.
50% chance Jim wins.
2. Kyle Yeo
The one major win Kyle has going home is a brand new support structure. It seems that everyone is on board with his sexuality, his comfort coming out to a national audience, and a boyfriend who can’t wait for him to get back home. That’s a big time cheering section for his return home. It’s also important to note that Kyle’s father has stated he wants to work out with his son upon return.

Additionally, Kyle has serious self motivation. Episode seven’s brutal challenge was a combination of straight arm hold, the wall sit, leg raises, and dead hang. All exercises are mental as much as physical, and he won the challenge handily. Add that to his 63 lb. weight loss, and his odds aren’t bad.
The primary negative for Kyle is his issues with stress. He has admitted it gets to him. If any problems at home appear, or if there are any emotional issues, he could struggle.
35% chance Kyle wins.
3. Micah Collum
The first thing to remember is that Micah could easily have gone home. He was once bailed out by his team, and was actually below the threshold for the competition. In other words, Micah could easily be gone already. The one thing Micah did while on the show was dominate competition, and lose 72 lbs. Week after week he either won the competition or threatened for the win. Which shows he can easily be much more healthy, and competitive, than he has been in the past.
The downfall for Micah, however, is self-doubt. He has some serious demons to overcome, and will have to have a much better support system in place to come into the finale in top place. The psychological aspect of the weight loss will have to push Micah like the competition did while he was on The Biggest Loser.
15% chance Micah wins.
