The penultimate episode is always a big one. For Manifesters, it’s a chance to see if the Death Date can be beaten. As Michaela points out in the promo, by saving Zeke, there’s a chance the rest of them can be saved. Zeke’s Death Date was always the first to figure out and beat.

The problem is Zeke seems to have accepted that he’s going to die. In the previous episode, he stopped going through the treatments for frost bite. They were just helping him survive and didn’t give him a chance to live.
So, there are a few things to get through during the episode, including Zeke and Michaela’s wedding. Will she be a widow in two days?
That’s not all that’s in store for Michaela. A trio of meth dealers want revenge against her. It’s going to be up to Jared and Drea to help protect their colleague and friend. I love that we have the Jared from the early episodes of the first season back and that there was a genuine reason for him turning into an Xer this season.
I’m assuming the meth dealers are the three that ended up in jail in the last episode; the three that became the shadows.
As all that goes on, Ben wants to help a passenger. It’s got something to do with his guilt. Could this be linked to the fact he’s wondering now if the callings are a sign of the apocalypse?
