The docs of Grey Sloan are on a mission to save one of their own. Here’s what to expect and how to watch Grey’s Anatomy Season 16, Episode 20 live.

What in the world is going on with Richard Webber? Grey’s Anatomy fans are dying to know, so Grey Sloan’s docs will be put to the test. This is so sad to watch because he feels like family after all these years, plus we already lost Alex this season. Even worse, he is family to those caring for him at the hospital.

Richard won’t be the only patient featured, of course. Here’s what we know so far about Episode 20, plus info on how you can watch the episode live.

More from ABC

Can Meredith save Richard?

This isn’t the first time Richard has been a patient at Grey Sloan. In fact, it isn’t even the second. But this time around, it seems like there’s a lot of mystery surrounding his symptoms. Loss of memory, erratic behavior. Does he have another brain tumor? Those are notorious on Grey’s Anatomy.

Expect Meredith to be heavily (and emotionally) involved with Richard’s care. This will be personal matter for so many. Will this bring Richard and Catherine back together? How will Jackson and Maggie act around each other? Hopefully we get more answers before the season finale.

A singing patient?

Episode 20 is titled “Sing It Again.” No, this isn’t another musical episode exactly, but there will be singing. According to the episode’s synopsis, Owen and Link team up to treat a patient who can’t stop singing after waking up from surgery.

Will the docs be able to put aside their awkwardness in relation to Amelia? Elsewhere, we also know Teddy will be seeing her secret lover as Tom has someone from his past visiting the hospital. Will the truth come out in the OR again?
