The Walking Dead: Is the character Princess in the comics?

The Walking Dead Season 10, Episode 15 introduces a new character! Is Princess also in the comics?
Enjoying this season of The Walking Dead? So are we! Despite many struggles to keep up with ratings, the AMC hit series has managed to deliver interesting storylines and new characters, one of which was introduced in Season 10, Episode 15, titled, “The Tower.” Princess is so fun and we love her already. Is she from the comics?
Yes! Princess is a major character from the comics and Paola Lazaro does an amazing job bringing the character to life. Audiences met Princess in the last few minutes of last week’s episode, Season 10, Episode 14. But this week gave us a better introduction.
Her name is Juanita Sanchez, but she goes by Princess because she’s not a fan of her name. Why not Queen? Well, it’s too pretentious, she says. Princess appears in Robert Kirkman’s “The Walking Dead” issue No. 171.

Fans of the series learned Princess would be joining the others last year, when it was announced on Oct. 2019 at New York Comic Con. Ever since, we’ve all been anticipating her arrival.
As you have already seen, Princess has a big, fun, and colorful personality. She’s a talker, she’ll say what’s on her mind (and more), and isn’t one to shy away from anything.
