5 big questions after The 100 Season 7 premiere
What a way to start a final season. The 100 Season 7 premiere picked up where Season 6 left us. Here are our biggest questions.
The 100 certainly knows how to start a final season in style. Picking up where the Season 6 finale left us, we ended up with a lot of new questions for The 100 Season 7 premiere.
Caution: There are spoilers for The 100 Season 7 premiere in this post.
Clarke and her people had a lot to pick up and deal with. After taking out the Primes during the Season 6 finale, they were left with disorder. Some were still loyal to their gods, while others wanted Russel Prime’s head on a stake. And then there are those who just want somewhere to call home.

Speaking of home, that’s what Clarke and some of her people seem to have. It’s a home with a farm that’s supposed to be somewhere safe for Madi.
Then there’s the Gabriel storyline. We were left with Octavia stabbed by Hope and taken away by the anomaly, but now there’s a bigger problem that involves Bellamy. Let’s get into those questions.
Who wants Bellamy and why?
Someone has dragged Bellamy into the anomaly. They were dressed in suits that made them invisible, but it’s clear that they just have a more advanced type of tech. This tech also told these people not to kill Gabriel and Echo but to kill Hope on sight.
So, they must come from the anomaly. And is there a chance that they’ve got Bellamy to get to Octavia? But who are these people? More humans or some other type of species?
How long until Murphy and Emori are found out?
Right now, Murphy and Emori are pretending to be the only two Primes left. The idea is they’ll help to keep order, but the Children of Gabriel want all Primes’ heads. There’s no way the two can pretend to be the Primes when they’re supposed to be brother and sister, so how long until they’re found out?
What will happen to Madi?
There’s a lot of focus on keeping Madi safe. Everyone thinks she still has the Flame and there were a lot of conversations about keeping secrets. So far, it doesn’t look like Madi is suffering from the remove of the Flame, but is that really the case? It wouldn’t be The 100 without something happening to someone close to Clarke.
Where did Gabriel, Echo, and Hope go?
The three had to get to the anomaly for Bellamy. They had no choice but to go through, and Gabriel made it clear that they would need to go through together. Where have they gone and how far into the past or future (I’m still not clear how this anomaly works) are they compared to Bellamy, Octavia, and Diyoza?
How exactly does Clarke hope to bring order?
Clarke doesn’t want any more war on The 100 Season 7. At the same time, she wants to bring order. Not only does she need to bring order to Sanctum for her own people’s safety, but for the safety of others. Ordering Russell’s death and setting fire to the temple will make the Children of Gabriel happy, but there will be an uprising from those who still believe in the Primes.
Clarke can’t please everyone. That’s something she should have learned a long time ago. She’s going to need to set some tough rules to bring order.
