Five top shows Peaky Blinders fans will love, including Narcos and more

Peaky Blinders Season 6 had finished pre-production and was just about to get starting on filming when they had to put everything on hold. The popular British drama series follows the Shelby family, led by Thomas Shelby, who utilizes his quick thinking, confidence, business leadership, and survival skills to climb his way to financial and political success. The series features a dynamic ensemble cast, massive sets that bring the audience into a gritty 1920s Birmingham, love-to-hate characters that drive the action and suspense, and dysfunctional family drama with plot twists galore.

For seasons 1 through 5, the premiere episode usually jumps about two years ahead in the timeline, and when the series returns (hopefully still sometime in 2021), the story will follow the Shelby family in the early 1930s. We’ve gotten a few hints from director Anthony Byrne about some changes and updates we can expect to see on screen — like a redesign of the back room in the infamous Garrison Pub.
