The cast of Motherland: Fort Salem is coming to Comic-Con at Home 2020

Freeform’s newest supernatural drama series, Motherland: Fort Salem, follows the journey of three young witches in the US Army — who happen to train by creating spells with their powerful vocal sounds and their use of combat magic.

The show takes place in an alternate reality where the United States ended the persecution of witches over 300 years ago and is now living in a society dominated by women in power.

The first season was a hit and quickly acquired invested fans who’ve been loyal to the series, leading Motherland: Fort Salem to be renewed for a second season. This will be the show’s first Comic-Con appearance, and though their panel will virtual as part of the Comic-Con at Home 2020 series, the cast is very excited to participate in the panel and share their experiences from filming (and hopefully teasing what we might expect to see in Season 2)!

The panel, officially titled, “Motherland: Fort Salem: A World of Magic, Action and Intrigue” will be moderated by Lindsay MacDonald and will include cast members Taylor Hickson (Raelle), Ashley Nicole Williams (Abigail), Jessica Sutton (Tally), Demetria McKinney (Anacostia), Amalia Holm (Scylla), and Lyne Renee (General Sarah Alder) along with series creator Eliot Laurence.

Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 26! The hour-long panel begins at 10:00am PST / 1:00pm EST and will be available to stream at this link on Comic-Con’s YouTube page. And don’t worry if you’re not able to watch live because the panel will remain up on the channel to be viewed at your convenience.
