Fans are alarmed after Amber Portwood’s boyfriend Dimitri Garcia implies she’s gone missing

Should Teen Mom fans be worried? After Dimitri Garcia posted a cryptic message to his Instagram Story, followers haven’t known what to think. Going by what he wrote, people are left wondering, is Amber Portwood missing?

The mom-of-two’s Belgian boo alarmed fans after he shared a selfie of Amber to his Instagram, writing, “Let’s stay positive because each day that passes is one less day before we find her. I love you.” Of course, this sent people into a frenzy, trying to figure out what exactly Dimitri meant.

Luckily, the situation is now being cleared up. A source for The Sun exclusively told the website that Amber is safe, explaining, “Amber is not missing and is totally fine. Dimitri just uses Google translate and really meant, until we see each other again. He struggles with his English.” Dimitri himself also clarified what he intended to write, posting again on his Instagram Story, “Sorry for my English but just wanted to write that I missed her.”

Just yesterday, Dimitri posted another photo of Amber to his Instagram page, sweetly writing in the caption, “Time has not separated us, but on the contrary has strengthened our confidence between us but above all our love.” Clearly, he’s missing his lady and is not afraid to show it.

Fans will know that Amber and Dimitri have not been able to see each other for the past few months because of safety concerns surrounding the coronavirus and the inability to travel overseas. Last month, Dimitri told fans on Instagram that he was planning to come to America before his birthday on July 6, however that didn’t end up happening.

While it certainly must be tough being in a long-distance relationship like this, we’re just happy to know both Amber and Dimitri are safe, even if they have to be apart.
