Unhinged movie tickets are now on sale: Why you need to watch this film on the big screen
By Sandy C.
Will you be heading to the movie theater to watch Unhinged?
Movie theater tickets for Unhinged, starring Russell Crowe, are now on sale. The movie is the first wide-release studio film to hit movie theaters. Will you be watching this one on the big screen?
The world of entertainment is taking big risks due to COVID-19. We’ve got Mulan risking a VOD release on Disney Plus on Sept. 4, and Unhinged testing the waters out at movie theaters, which have been vacant for months.
If Mulan‘s VOD succeeds and Disney sees big numbers, it threatens the big-screen release of other movies to come, such as Black Widow. Not that we wish Mulan anything but the best, in fact, we’ll be watching the movie along with other fans, but we don’t want the big screen, movie theater experience to die.
As movie theaters begin to open, so long as the safety of all moviegoers and staff is a priority, we should show our support for authentic movie experiences, and Unhinged is one you’ll want to check out on the big screen.
What is Unhinged about?
The movie centers on a topic we have all experienced at one point in our lives, road rage. Unhinged places Russell Crowe behind the wheel, and he’s not a happy driver. On top of already not having a great day, someone rudely honks at him. The audacity. It all sounds silly, which says a lot! Some of us have experienced this rage, but now that we read the movie’s description, realize how foolish and truly dangerous it can be.
