The One and Only Ivan is now streaming on Disney Plus, here’s how to stream the movie

If Netflix isn’t streaming what you and the family want to watch this weekend, head on over to Disney Plus and check out The One and Only Ivan. 

As much as we love Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, sometimes it doesn’t have what our families seek. If it’s family movie night this weekend, Disney Plus is your go-to streaming service for a good time!

Originally planned to arrive to movie theaters, The One and Only Ivan is instead having its premiere on Disney Plus. But, unlike Mulan, you don’t need to pay to watch it. All you need is a Disney Plus account. So grab your popcorn and drinks and enjoy it.

What is The One and Only Ivan about?

The movie, based on the children’s novel of the same name by K.A. Applegate, stars the voices of Sam Rockwell, Angelina Jolie, Danny DeVito, Helen Mirren, and others. It’s a star-studded cast that sees Bryan Cranston taking the lead as Mack, the owner of a gorilla named Ivan, and many other creatures at the Big Top Mall.

Though Mack is a kind human who treats his animals fairly, these are not the conditions they were meant or want to live. When an abused baby elephant arrives at Big Top Mall, the other animals, including Ivan, begin to care for her. They then decide to change things. But how will Mack react to it?
