90 Day Fiance stars Deavan and Jihoon had previously announced they’d split up. It looks like things are now officially over.

Deavan has received a lot of hate from 90 Day Fiance fans. A lot of it comes from her unreasonable expectations when in South Korea. She wanted Jihoon to get a better job to better support the family of four, and it was always about the money for her.
Things came to a head when Deavan’s four-year-old daughter from another relationship ran off from a playground. Deavan’s mother, Elicia, blamed Jihoon for the incident and refused to accept his apologies. In a later episode, Elicia described her granddaughter as “wild,” making it clear that she knows her granddaughter isn’t the easiest to deal with.
However, Jihoon’s focus is on his son. He would like to co-parent with Deavan, but he’s had to block her on social media and via phone. Deavan says that it’s made things difficult, and she’s fed up of the hate that she gets for her actions.
Waiting for her 90 Day Fiance husband to sign the papers
Deavan wants to bring an end to this messy marriage. She has filed for divorce, but she’s waiting for Jihoon to sign the papers. It’s worth remembering that they’re trying to do this amid a pandemic, which is going to slow everything down!
It’s not been easy for anyone in the family. Jihoon spoke out about trolls online, including one person telling him to “kill himself.”
Earlier in September, Deavan said that people will see why she had to leave her husband. Will they support her for the decision? Time will tell.
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way Season 2 will return on Sunday, Oct. 11 on TLC.
