Unsolved Mysteries Vol. 1 features a lot of chills and emotions. Thousands of tips came in about the cases, though none have been solved just yet. Will Vol. 2 have more luck?

With such a hit Unsolved Mysteries Vol. 1 was on Netflix, I couldn’t wait for season 2 to premiere. Unfortunately, it fails to deliver what we love so much about the first. And that’s enough emotion to make us care about the case and mysteries worth searching into.

The cases in Unsolved Mysteries Vol. 2 aren’t as intriguing as the first set, and I hate to say that most lost my interest halfway. It’s not so much that I didn’t care about the victim, but to me most seem like open-and-shut cases.

That said, I’m still looking forward to more cases, but will Unsolved Mysteries Vol. 3 happen? Here’s what we know.

Is Unsolved Mysteries Vol. 3 happening?

As far as stories go, there will never not be enough cold cases to share. Many of them, unfortunately, are still happening today and aren’t going anywhere. Simply put, detectives need audiences to help them solve these mysteries, and the larger the audience is the better — and does it get any larger than the number of people the streaming titan reaches?

While Netflix has not officially renewed the documentary series for a third season, THIS page is already accepting all stories for consideration. The COVID-19 outbreak may not allow filming to happen any time soon, but chances are more cold cases are coming to Netflix.
