His Dark Materials is one of the titles to watch on HBO Max in November 2020

We’re getting into November already somehow. The streamers are releasing their lists of titles arriving to and leaving their services. It’s time to break down the top releases for HBO Max in November 2020.

There is an excellent mixture of content. A fantasy series premieres its second season, a comedy thriller debuts, and there’s a bunch of old and new movies to check out. Looking at the full list gets extremely overwhelming, though, so we’re looking at the top five titles for the month.

Here are the top five picks and everything coming to HBO Max in November 2020.

His Dark Materials Season 2

We start with one of the most talked-about HBO shows since SDCC’s Comic-Con@Home. His Dark Materials Season 2 will premiere during the month, getting the traditional weekly release on the streaming service.

This season picks up off the back of the first. The bridge to the unknown is open, and Lyra will follow Lord Asriel through. There are plenty of adventures to go on with each of the characters we’ve come to know and love.

His Dark Materials Season 2 premieres on Nov. 16.
