Sun, Popcorn, and Snow Owls took to the stage to get through to the Final Six. It was a tough night, with only one immediately getting through. The two others would have a smackdown to battle it out for the last place.
It probably isn’t surprising to hear that Sun got through straight away. She is the strongest performer of the group. In fact, she’s one of the strongest performers of the entire season.
The Snow Owls (with a clue that said they’re married and not brother and sister like so many thought) and Popcorn went head to head with love songs. Who would make it through?
The Snow Owls would go on The Masked Singer Season 4, Episode 7
It would be the first duo mask of the entire competition that would leave at the end of the episode. Admittedly, in the main performances they were the weakest of the three masks. In the smackdown, I actually felt they were the stronger one. But I do feel like things are going to sound different in the studio than through the TV. Things always do.
One thing that came with the Snow Owls’ exit was seeing the full costumes. They wore beautiful outfits behind the egg. Absolutely gorgeous!
All the Nashville clues started to fall into place during the night, but none of the panelists’ First Impression guesses were right. Nicole only got it at the very end, and it was because of the smackdown performance.
Clint Black and Lisa Hartman Black were under the mask.
