D23 is giving us a special event, see what’s ahead

This Monday is looking pretty bright for members of the D23 Fan Club!

You still have to wait until 2022 for the D23 Expo, but Disney’s fan event is bringing something special for those who can’t wait that long.  D23 Fantastic Worlds Celebration first of its name is coming this year and it’s virtual!

The fan club announced the event on November 10 via social media and their website.  A shocker as the biennial expo event like many others was pushed back to 2022 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  One thing we can agree on is the pandemic has peeps tapping into their creative side and diving into new adventures.

The week of November 16-20 will be filled with merchandise, articles, and virtual events celebrating all Disney has to offer including a special tribute for two classic Disney favorites!

Making the event more magical, they’ve also teamed up with Topps to bring D23 Fantastic Worlds-themed digital collectibles with one being a special treat for members only.  If you’re not a member, now would be a good time to join!  Think you can collect them all? Download Disney Collect!, Marvel Collect!, and Star Wars: Card Trader by Topps from your app store to see if you can.
