Teen Mom 2 is headed to Netflix soon

Good news, Teen Mom fans!

It looks like Teen Mom 2 is officially coming to Netflix, reports PopCulture.com. Late last year, the mega huge streaming platform confirmed that select seasons of the MTV series would become available. And that’s not all.

If you can’t get enough of MTV’s reality lineup, the streaming service is also planning to add The Challenge and Are You The One? to their offerings. How exciting for reality TV fans!

When will Teen Mom 2 be on Netflix?

On December 15, the first two seasons of Teen Mom 2 will officially debut on Netflix. And so, that means we’ll get a chance to watch (or rewatch) the original cast in action at the very start of it all, including Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska, Kailyn Lowry, and Leah Messer.

Considering Jenelle was fired from the series, Chelsea recently confirmed she’d be quitting, and we’ve had new arrivals to the main cast in Briana DeJesus and Jade Cline, the first two seasons of the reality series are bound to be way different than what we see on MTV now. It’ll be a true blast from the past viewing experience.

As PopCulture.com points out, Netflix is becoming more and more reality show-friendly as time goes on. And we’re not complaining. Perhaps the decision to bring non-original reality shows to the platform was only the beginning. After all, Netflix’s own Love Is Blind and The Circle both proved to be very successful.

We’re looking forward to hopefully seeing more original reality shows on Netflix, as well as the additions of some of the classics we still love to binge.

Teen Mom 2 will be streamable on Netflix on Tuesday, December 15.
