If you’re from the UK, chances are you’ve seen at least one episode of Only Fools and Horses. The comedy series began back in 1981 and ran for seven seasons until 2003.

Some of its most iconic characters which you might be familiar with include Derek Edward “Del Boy” Trotter (played by David Jason) and Rodney Charlton Trotter (played by Nicholas Lyndhurst), as well as Edward Kitchener “Grandad” Trotter (played by Lennard Pearce).

Only Fools and Horses has become a staple in nearly every household over the years, following the two hilarious brothers and their everyday struggle in trying to become rich.

Out of the many iconic parts of the BBC One series includes the good old Trotter house, which was located in Peckham, England. The south London flat was memorable from the comedy series, so how much would it cost in today’s world?

How much would Del Boy and Rodney’s flat cost in 2020?

My London reported on calculations done with research last year (per The Sun) to determine how much the home from Only Fools and Horses would cost in real life today, and it’s not cheap.

Apparently, the flat would cost Del Boy and Rodney a pretty number around £500,000. That would amount to a whopping $663,891.50.  I don’t think these two brothers would be able to afford this place, if we’re being realistic! But hey, maybe if the show would’ve run to 2020, the two might’ve become millionaires after all.
